Privacy Policy — Android
This policy covers Mower Mania for Android, version 1.0.1 and later, and its support website. The Android game is intended for players ages 6 and up, including children. Contact cjsolomon@midwestCMD.com with privacy questions. The iPhone and iPad policy covers the separate Apple version.
Game data on your device
The game saves virtual cash, unlocked yards, owned mowers, upgrades, selected difficulty, sound preferences, and completion results locally in Android app storage. We do not operate a game server that receives these saves. No account, profile, chat, real-money purchase, or location permission is required. Virtual cash has no real-world value. Android device backup may retain saved data according to your device and Google account settings.
Advertising and children
The Android app uses Google AdMob to display advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform. Because children can play and we do not ask players to provide their age, the app applies Google's child age treatment and a general-audience (G) ad-content limit to all ad requests before initializing the advertising SDK. It does not request personalized or interest-based advertising. The Android advertising ID permission is removed, and child treatment prevents sending that advertising identifier. The consent SDK is configured for users under the age of consent; children are not asked to consent to personalized advertising.
Advertising services may still process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, ad views and interactions, app and device technical information, crash and performance diagnostics, and other identifiers permitted for service operation and fraud prevention. Child treatment limits ad processing; it does not mean that no information leaves the device. Google processes advertising data to deliver and measure ads, maintain its services, and prevent fraud. We do not receive advertising identifiers or individual advertising records through a separate game backend.
Ads appear on the home screen and at breaks between completed jobs, not over active mowing controls. Google is the integrated advertising provider; no additional mediation SDK is included in this release. Google determines retention of records it holds according to its policies and applicable obligations.
Permissions and choices
The game uses internet access and network state for advertising. It does not request precise GPS, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or a player's name or date of birth. The garage provides a Privacy policy link and shows Ad privacy choices if Google's consent system requires that control. You can manage app data and device backup through Android settings.
Support and parents
If you or a parent or guardian emails us, we receive the sender's email address and information voluntarily included in the message. We use correspondence to respond, investigate problems, and maintain necessary support records. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact support. Please do not send unnecessary personal or sensitive details. Parents may contact us to ask about a child's support information or request access, correction, or deletion.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it; device backups may retain copies under your backup settings. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request or meet legal obligations. To request deletion of support records, email the contact above. Removing the app does not delete prior emails or records held by Google. Use Google's privacy controls for information held by Google; we cannot directly erase records held solely by that provider.
Support website
This support website has no sign-in, contact form, or advertising. Its hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser details, and other technical request information to deliver pages and maintain security. Email links open your email application and send the information you choose to include.
